First Comenius meeting

The first meeting of

Comenius "TEC'CAP " took place in Guérande (France) from 2 to 8 December 2012.

It was a success because all the planned program was completed.

Monday after a tour of the school, a welcome meal and a reminder of the previous Comenius "AQUAESUS" (see attached document), each partner presented his country (see accompanying slideshow : https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B_wLalmexFmgZ0dLYlpwZGlkd0k  ).

Students of Guérande school presented their vision of European citizenship and school student from Trebon presented techniques of carp farming in their region of South Bohemia.

Tuesday,

we chose the common assessment grid for recipes (see attached document : https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B_wLalmexFmgd282c2syLXp1R1E). The afternoon was occupied by the realization of creative and traditional recipes from carp. More than 70 students gathered in the school kitchens to work in groups of five and fifteen recipes were performed. These recipes were tasted and evaluated by a jury. Wednesday,

we opened the logo contest.

18 were made by students (see attached pictures) and the winner is :

In the afternoon, visit of salt marshes and the educational farm of Pen-bron with oysters and turbot. The day ended with a presentation by Pierre on Turbot farming in France and a friendly Bowling competition !

Thursday,

visit the island of Noirmoutier and France Turbot farm.

Friday, all students met in the kitchen to make recipes from Turbot. The jury tasted and evaluated (photos and results in a future post on the blog).

Saturday,

everyone is left with the desire to come together in Villa Real de Santo Antonio in April 2013.

The team of Guérande thank all partners for their implication in the project and good humor. It was an unforgettable experience, rich in exchanges that starts the project "TEC'CAP" in a beautiful way...
