TEC'CAP (Towards European Citizenship thanks to Catering and Aquaculture Partnership) is a European Comenius project which includes four schools in different countries around a common objective : make a book and a DVD of traditional and creative recipes starting from fish of aquaculture, produce or cooked in each country.
